PLOT - A Kitchen of One's Own
Set in London 2050,
I propose a neighbourhood cold hub, drone delivery, modular cooking pods and a sink inspired by basil phyllotaxis.
The PLOT app holds the system together - booking a pod, tracking the cold chain, knowing when it's your turn - the smallest of nine scales that run from city-wide logistics down to your hand.
PLOT does not engineer community.
It makes room for cooking to become private, social and chosen.
